Through supporting and reviewing new change initiatives, they will seek to understand the outcomes sought by their selected customer group, rather than focussing on the solutions and activities. They will act as the single point of contact for supporting new change initiatives raised with the CPMO. Whilst developing a deep domain knowledge of the areas they support Business Relationship Managers will also develop a good understanding of the whole organisation. They strive to build and preserve strong relationships and develop partnerships across the organisation, promoting and maintaining a shared objective of delivering organisational value and meaningful results. The Business Relationship Manager is responsible for acting as the liaison between the Change and Portfolio Management Office (CPMO) and selected areas across the organisation.
